We are proud to work with a number of fantastic partners who play a vital role in supporting our work with people in crisis.

For families in crisis, help from a local foodbank can be a life line. Pears Foundation has supported Trussell Trust foodbanks since 2007, and we have seen the network grow from a handful of local branches to more than 200. Our core funding helps Trussell Trust provide training and support so that the foodbank vision and standards are maintained across the expanding network, helping them reach more people at risk of food poverty.”

“We’ve partnered with The Trussell Trust to use our staff and fleet of vans to deliver foodbank Christmas hampers to struggling families in our local community over the last two years. It’s an amazing way to meet a very real need whilst providing an incredible team building activity that motivates, humbles and inspires staff at all levels.”

Mark Hotson, Owner, A World Of Furniture

“Tesco is delighted to be partnering with the Trussell Trust to help provide millions of meals to people in crisis across the UK. Our ‘Help Feed People In Need’ food collections in stores across the UK generated 1,000 tonnes of food in just two days and we’re providing extra resources to help the development of the Trussell Trust’s network of foodbanks. We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and excitement that working with foodbanks generated amongst staff and customers and we are looking forward to working with the Trussell Trust in the future.”

Michael Kissman, Community Director, Tesco
