Sales Assistants: Boscombe (22.5 hrs) & Ferndown (37.5 hrs)

The Trussell Trust operates an ever-expanding portfolio of shops across Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire, which generate 40% of the charity’s income and provide meaningful volunteering opportunities to people of all backgrounds. We’re looking for two energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful individuals to take on the Sales Assistant positions at our Boscombe and Ferndown branches, helping them to realise their full potential as friendly community hubs and a significant source of funds for the Trust’s vital work. Scotland Partnership Co-ordinator

The Trussell Trust’s foodbank network continues to expand across the whole of the UK, but right now we’re focused on improving the support we provide at a regional level. Scotland is a politically and economically unique region, and in order to make the most of the opportunity to develop our work here the team is in need of a dedicated Partnership Co-ordinator. Confident, articulate, and skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships, the successful candidate will be motivated by the challenge and ideals of the third sector and passionate about tackling food poverty.

We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful individuals to take on a Sales Assistant position at one of our new shops in Shirley and Fareham, helping them to realise their full potential as friendly community hubs and a significant source of funds for the Trust’s vital work. A demanding but rewarding post and an unmissable opportunity to work with one of the UK’s fastest-growing charities.

Five positions available:

  1. 4 x Part-time - Shirley (22.5 hours per week) Monday – Saturday. Flexibility required. Download the role description for more information.  
  2. 1 x Part-time – Fareham (7.5 hours per week minimum) Saturdays. 12 month fixed term contract. Download the role description for more information.

Shop Managers: Shirley and Fareham

The Trussell Trust is undergoing a period of exceptional growth, and we’re expanding our portfolio of shops into Hampshire. We are looking for talented individuals to manage 3 new charity shops based in Shirley and Fareham. We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful individuals to help these shops realise their full potential as friendly community hubs and significant sources of funds for the Trust’s vital work.

Two positions available:

  1. 1 x Full-time – Shirley, responsible for two shops (37.5 hours per week) Monday – Saturday. Flexibility required. Download the role description for more information.

Van Driver: Hampshire

We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to take on a full-time role which is more than just driving a van: as well as acting as an ambassador for the charity – getting out and about every day to make deliveries and collections, meeting customers and donors, and supporting shop staff - you’ll work one-to-one with volunteer van mates providing pastoral support, encouragement, and helping to develop their employability skills
