Foodbank Network Development Officer
The Trussell Trust is at the forefront of tackling hunger and poverty in the UK. We have been fortunate in developing a network of over 400 foodbanks across the UK. We are now seeking someone to join our busy Network Support Team.
The focus of the work is on supporting new and emerging foodbanks. You will also be responsible for updating our operating manual and keeping ahead of changes in legislation as they affect small charities. You will develop a thorough knowledge of our operating process as the role is central to supporting and resolving foodbank enquires on a range of issues. This role will require strong communication skills as you will be engaging with foodbanks and our wider regional teams on a daily basis.
You will use various software and databases, including InDesign to create branded artwork for foodbanks, but knowledge and ability to use Excel is a core skill requirement.
