Volunteer Co-ordinator:
We are currently looking for a compassionate, caring professional to co-ordinate our volunteering department at our Salisbury headquarters. You will oversee over 150 supported and unsupported volunteers as well as recruiting new volunteers as required. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to volunteers and advise staff on how to work effectively with volunteers. You will help to create a safe environment where volunteers are able to grow and develop through high quality work-based learning opportunities. The successful candidate will be persuasive, enthusiastic, caring, highly motivated and highly organised, with a track record of working with volunteers in a charity environment.
This is a permanent role (up to 37.5 hours per week - not less than 30 hours) with a salary of £17,500 - £21,500 pro rata, depending on experience.

Interns
