Communications and Marketing Manager

The Trussell Trust operates the UK’s largest network of foodbanks, and we work hard to offer people in poverty hope for the future. As Communications and Marketing Manager you will help develop a powerful and compelling narrative about what we do and why, and identify opportunities to use the charity’s collateral to raise awareness and profile, ensuring that all key stakeholders are communicated to regularly. ‘More than Food’ Project Manager

The Trussell Trust is about to embark on an ambitious new project:  ‘More than Food’ is a solutions-focused programme designed to help people break free from the cycle of poverty and debt, and we’re looking for an experienced project manager to join the team and take the lead on rolling it out. ‘More than Food’ will see The Trussell Trust initiating even more practical projects and putting debt, welfare, and client support advisors into every foodbank across the UK. A challenging and demanding role, working closely with our network and partners to help address the underlying reasons that drive people to foodbanks.

Sales Assistant: Ferndown

The Trussell Trust operates an ever-expanding portfolio of shops across Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire, which generate 40% of the charity’s income and provide meaningful volunteering opportunities to people of all backgrounds. We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to take on a Sales Assistant position at one of our busy shops in Ferndown, helping it to realise its full potential as a friendly community hub and a significant source of funds for the Trust’s vital work. A demanding but rewarding post and an unmissable opportunity to work with one of the UK’s fastest-growing charities.

 Two positions available:

  1. Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday – Saturday. Flexibility required. Download the role description for more information.
