Blythswood Care is a significant partner of The Trussell Trust, both with the FOOD BANK Franchise and BULGARIA projects. "Blythswood is a Christian Organisation, a team of professionals and volunteers from all walks of life, who care for peoples physical and spiritual needs. It is a registered charity."

Faithworks exists to empower and inspire individual Christians and every local church to develop their role at the hub of their community. The Movement is built around eleven leading organisations that have committed to work together to provide expertise and leadership in the many components of effective community action. 

CARE is a well-established mainstream Christian charity that undertakes a variety of social caring and educational programmes as well as research and lobbying on associated issues. CARE's concern is for the well-being of all in society but particularly for the most vulnerable and needy.

The FOOD BANK Centre is based at The Salisbury Elim Christian Centre, which is one of hundreds of Elim churches in the UK. Elim is a name taken from the Bible - an oasis in the desert - people come to be refreshed. Salisbury Elim was established in 1927 and moved to its present home in Dews Road in 1990.

Christians Against Poverty is a national debt counselling charity. CAP releases people from debt & poverty through debt counselling, practical services & financial education. "Speak up for all those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up & judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy" Proverbs 31 v 8-9

FareShare is the national charity that redistributes quality surplus food from the food industry to organisations working with homeless and vulnerable people in community day centres and hostels. Click the FareShare logo to find out more
